MACHINE OPERATOR
3rd Shift, Monday-Friday (10PM to 6AM) *Training would be 3-5 days on first shift (6am-3pm) Temporary for approx 4-6 weeks
Pay: $18/hr
We are looking for a reliable, mechanically inclined Machine Operator to start immediately! In this role, you will operate and maintain semi-automated machinery used in manufacturing.
Responsibilities - Set up, operate, and monitor semi-automated production machinery.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain efficient and consistent production.
- Load raw materials or parts into machines and monitor production cycles.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Use measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers, to verify part dimensions when needed.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues as they arise.
- Identify and report machine malfunctions or production quality concerns.
- Keep accurate records of production quantities, approved parts, and defective products.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines.
- Work with team members to meet production goals and maintain an organized work area.

Requirements:
|
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and an interest in working with machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to record production information accurately.
- Ability to identify problems and assist with troubleshooting.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties required for the position.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
