Customer Service & Data Processing - On-Site in Stevens Point, WI - $20/hour, daytime schedule!

Customer Service & Data Processing opportunity with our fantastic Stevens Point client! Will be assisting customers with termination of insurance as well as processing billing and enrollments.

Job duties include
- Taking inbound phone calls from customers to assist with insurance terminations
- Entering data into MS Excel
- Loading data into industry specific computer programs and verifying accuracy
- Processing terminations and reinstatements for customers in multiple states
- Communicating with management if an issue with the data is found


This position will last through March 2027 and pays $20/hour. Schedule will begin with approximately 2 weeks of training from 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.  
Requirements: 
- Previous customer service experience, phone experience a plus
- Fast and Accurate Data Entry skill
- A working knowledge of MS Excel
- Quick learner
- Excellent attention to detail
