Powder Coater - $20ph+ (based on experience)
- 1st shift, Monday - Thursday, 6am - 4pm (overtime on Fridays and Saturdays)
- Located in Manitowoc, WI
Candidates will be highly self- motivated, dependable, have reliable transportation and willing to work in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Prepare parts for coating
- Follow all principles and practices of powder coating application
- Operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers and booth collection systems
- Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects
- Determine paint flow, viscosity and coating quality by performing visual inspections or by using viscometers
- Bake parts at appropriate temperatures within time limitations

Requirements:
|
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Forklift certification desired but not required.
- Experience is preferred but will train appropriate individual.
- Pre-employment drug screening required.
