• 1st Shift: 6:45AM – 3:00 PM | $24.00/hour
•  2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM | $25.00/hour
•  3rd Shift: 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM | $26.00/ hour 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Assemblers throughout the shift to help the team meet production goals and performance expectations.
• Monitor daily performance related to safety, quality, production output, delivery, labor, scrap, and equipment efficiency.
• Ensure production positions are properly staffed and team members understand their assigned responsibilities.
• Assist with training employees on production processes, equipment operation, and proper work procedures.
• Complete and maintain startup, production, changeover, and shutdown procedures for the line.
• Verify materials, components, and workstations are properly prepared before production begins.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous lead, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Previous assembly, packaging, or manufacturing experience is helpful.
• Ability to perform basic math and production calculations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and provide direction to team members.
• Comfortable working hands-on with production equipment and troubleshooting basic operational issues.
• Ability to work safely while maintaining quality and productivity expectations.
