Title:  Full-Time Custodian: TEMP TO HIRE
Location:  Plover
Salary Range:  $16.40/hour
Position:  Janitorial
Description: 
Flex-Staff is seeking reliable individuals to work within a maintenance department as a full-time, TEMP TO HIRE CUSTODIAN.

Schedule available
  • Monday-Friday 6am-2pm is preferred or
  • Monday-Friday 2pm-midnight

Pay: 
  • $16.40 per hour

Job Duties:
This position is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the offices, but, also includes some warehouse duties: 
1.    Cleans and maintains restrooms, kitchen area and spot checks break rooms 
2.    Maintains cleanliness of floors to include vacuuming, mopping and occasional deep cleaning of floors
3.    Empties garbage and other recyclable containers as needed
4.    Maintains entrances and sidewalks, as needed
5.    Uses compactor and bailer appropriately and safely
6.    May perform other duties as deemed necessary by the company
7.    Complies with all facility safety and work rules 

Other Duties:
Duties which may be performed as need arises include: 
1.    General cleaning and maintaining of work area
2.    Successful completion of all required training and/or audits 
3.    Work in other areas and/or adjust hours as deemed necessary to meet the needs of the business and our clients' customers 

Length:
  • Temp to hire
 
Requirements: 
Must be able to:
1.    Lift up to 50 lbs as needed to perform duties of the job
2.    Stand/walk for the duration of shift 
3.    Bend, turn, reach, push, pull, and/or stoop regularly
4.    Use hands and/or wrists to grip, grasp or twist; and be able to use both arms in motion separately or simultaneously 
5.    Work overtime as deemed necessary by the company
