POSITION: Sachet Operator 2
HOURS: Train on 1st shift for approximately 2 months before transitioning to 2nd shift 1st shift is 7AM-3:30PM Mon-Fri, and 2nd shift is 3PM to 1:30AM Mon-Thurs.
PAY: $19.50/hr on 1st shift, $20.50/hr on 2nd shift with a $2/hr pay increase when hired on
Our client is looking for team members to join their workforce. You will be part of a team that works with mixing and producing products, set up and tear down of machinery, and packaging and labeling of the finished products.
- Responsible for setting up, running, troubleshooting (as needed), tear down, and cleaning the machines
- Maintaining batch records, logs, and paperwork (Good Documentation Practices)
- Assist in other areas during downtime (capsules, packaging, etc.)
- Transfer product to warehouse using pallet jacks/electric jacks
- Will be responsible for training future operators
- Ability to work early/late based on business needs

Requirements:
|
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- This position requires a high level of mechanical aptitude
- Must be self-sufficient
- Ability to adapt to changes as needed
- Operator 2: Must be clean shaven to wear a respirator
- Operator 2: Ability to climb ladder to platform to pour raw materials into mixer.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Stand for the entire shift, including bending, reaching, twisting.
- Attention to detail (monitoring product quality/consistency).
