Pay Rate: $45K/year-$55K/year, based on experience

Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Neenah, WI (on-site)
Requirements:
- Recent Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development within the last 2 years AND/OR 1+ years related HR experience
- Strongly prefer experience working in a large manufacturing organization
- Solid working knowledge of HR processes
- Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Teams and Outlook knowledge
- Time management and organization skills
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients
- Proactive, good decision making and problem solving skills
- Self-confident and self-motivated, thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Must be okay going into the manufacturing area at times
Responsibilities:
- Assist with a variety of daily tasks throughout the HR department
- Source/recruit candidates through various platforms
- Match candidates to openings, review resumes, phone screen and schedule interviews for the managers
- New hire onboarding support, employee maintenance and filing
- Conduct orientations
- Assist with payroll and timecards as well as tracking
- Handle any employee questions or concerns that may arise
- General administrative tasks as needed
