Job Title:  CNC Operator 2^nd shift

Pay Rate: $18.00+ based on experience 

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00am

Length: Temp to Hire

Location: Fond du Lac

Requirements: 

• CNC Mill or Lathe experience required
• Using basic hand tools
• Good math skills
• Lifting up to 30-40 lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machine tools including lathes or mills
• Reading blueprints

• Inspecting parts using gauges such as micrometers and calipers

• Adjust offsets as needed to account for tool wear and maintain part quality 

• Perform basic tool changes, such as cutting inserts and drills
• Clean and deburr parts after machining
