• $18 - $20ph (based on experience) 
• Friday - Sunday, 5PM - 5AM 
• Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours
• Located in Manitowoc, WI 

We are currently seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operator to join a local manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys hands-on work, and is interested in gaining experience in a machine shop environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC and other production equipment according to established procedures
• Load and unload materials and parts from machinery
• Monitor equipment during operation and recognize unusual sounds or potential issues
• Use basic hand tools, shop equipment, and material-handling devices
• Inspect completed parts using gauges and precision measuring instruments
• Follow work instructions and production specifications
• Complete required production and quality documentation
• Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or discrepancies to supervision
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily production goals

• Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience is helpful, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to perform basic math
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions
• Blueprint-reading experience is a plus
• Comfortable using measuring tools and learning new equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable and safety-conscious

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and move throughout an 8–12 hour shift
• Regular bending, reaching, squatting, and stooping
• Frequent use of hands to operate controls, gauges, tools, and handle parts
• Ability to regularly lift approximately 25–30 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to push and pull materials as needed
