Pay Rate: $20/hour-$22/hour plus commission
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am-5pm, Monday through Friday, flexible

Job Title: Inside Sales
Location: Green Bay, WI (on-site)
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and call potential customers to build your book of business
- Generate new sales leads and develop business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing shippers
- Negotiate rates with customers and carriers
- Track and manage booked freight from start to finish
- Stay informed on market trends and industry conditions
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and sales experience
- Comfortable spending the majority of your day on the phone
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and eager to learn new software systems
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
