Job Title: Decor Production Associate - 1st shift
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.-$26.00/hr. based on experience
Hours: 5:00am-4:00pm or 6:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
Length: Temporary with potential to be hired on
Location: Fond du Lac
Requirements:
- Woodworking and/or construction experience
- Measuring skills (up to the 1/16 of an inch)
- Read basic shop drawings
- Operate hand and power tools (table saws, routers, drills, pin nailers, and cut-off saws)
- Algebra skills along with fractions and measurement calculations
- Lifting 30-50lbs.
- Comfortable working on computers
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic set up and adjustments to shop equipment
- Build and assemble decor material
- Inspect product during and after production
- Route finished goods to appropriate areas
- Complete and maintain documentation and records
