Job Title: Restoration Tech *PAY INCENTIVES & BONUSES

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr.

Hours: 7:25am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday *Must be flexible working overtime

Length: Temp to Hire

Location: Neenah

• Flexible working overtime beyond an 8hr day to complete jobs
• Capable of lifting 50lbs regularly and up to 100lbs with assistance
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Cleaning residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, mold, or biohazard damage
• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of affected areas using industrial cleaning tools, supplies, and equipment
• Apply appropriate cleaning agents to walls, floors, fixtures, and other surfaces
• Remove debris, dust, and residue left behind from reconstruction or demolition work
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles
• Assist restoration technicians with removing and disposing of damaged materials such as carpet, drywall, and insulation when needed
