Position:  Machine Operator Description:  Job Title: Guillotine & Saddle Stitch Operator Pay Rate: $22.00-$23.00/hr. Hours: 6:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday Length: Temp to Hire Location: Appleton Requirements:  Bindery machine experience Basic math and measuring tools such as rulers Lift up to 50lbs Responsibilities: Set up and operate bindery equipment, including trimmers, folding machines, saddle stitchers, perfect binders, and guillotine cutters Conduct quality control checks, inspecting finished products for accuracy, proper binding, and overall appearance Read and interpret job orders per customer specifications Operate a pallet jack, hand truck, and/or forklift to move product to appropriate areas Monitor machines for defects or malfunctions and adjust for repairs Performing routine maintenance on equipment as needed Benefits:  Health/Dental/Vision Insurance 401K with company match Paid vacation and holidays Short-Term & Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance If you are interested, apply online at www.flexstaff.com or send your resume to appleton@flexstaff.com.
