Position:  Machine Operator
Description: 
Are you mechanically inclined and like to troubleshoot and fix machines? Are you looking for a job that has you learning all departments and gives that variety of work EVERY DAY?  We are searching for a Utility Operator for our local Sheboygan County client.

The Utility Operator is responsible for supporting all departments across the company.  From the machine operating department to the distribution center, you will learn all aspects of the job to ensure there is backup when times are busy.  This role requires high physical activity, attention to detail, and the ability to transition quickly between different tasks to support operators.   
  • Material Staging and Machine Set Up
  • Monitoring cycles, performing basic restarts and noting technical issues
  • Shipping and Receiving 
  • Distribution Center duties
  • Quality Control
  • Housekeeping in the production area when needed

Requirements: 

Must be mechanically inclined with excellent troubleshooting skills
Must be able to read, write and speak English 
Must be able to sit, stand, walk and carry up to 35 pounds on occasion. 
Must have good hand-eye coordination with fine dexterity 
Must pass pre-employment drug screen
