Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Neenah, WI (on-site)
Requirements:
- Must have 1-2+ years of customer service experience in an office/business setting
- Printing or manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred
- Must know how to read a ruler/tape measure for measurements and have basic math skills
- Strong ability to work with numbers and extremely detail orientated
- Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
- Prefer stable work history
- Polite when dealing with customer expectations
- Quick learner, ambitious and a desire to learn
Responsibilities:
- Process customer requests for quotes and orders, enter into estimating computer system
- Complete research within competing markets
- Provide cost-effective product alternatives to customers
- Interact with scheduling and purchasing to expedite orders
- Monitor order status for customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints
