Pay Rate:  $24/hour-$30/hour, based on experience 

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm

Job Title: Estimator

Location: Oshkosh, WI (on-site)

Responsibilities: 

You will support customers and internal teams by developing accurate quotes, interpreting specifications, and helping improve manufacturing processes.

• Review customer specifications, drawings and project requirements
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotes
• Communication with customers regarding project details
• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams
• Maintain quote records and documentation
• Support business development efforts

Requirements: 

• 1-2+ years estimating or quoting experience 
• Strongly prefer experience in a manufacturing environment 
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings preferred
• Additional education or technical training in manufacturing, engineering, drafting, or business is preferred
• Must have overall knowledge of Word and Excel, any ERP or shop management systems is a plus
• Able to work within a fast-paced environment, strong communication and problem solving skills
