Commercial Loan Processor Experience preferred PAY RANGE: $20.49/hour - $30.15/hour
Our client is looking to have Commercial Loan Processors join their team in the Eau Claire area. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service to internal clients as you will be a liaison to lenders, credit, borrowers, and external partners. You will get to interact with commercial loan processors, bankers, credit analysts, and commercial loan closers on a daily basis. Your daily duties will fall within the following categories:
- Loan Coordination
- Closing, Funding, and Booking
- Communication and Compliance

Requirements:
|
- Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or two (2) years related experience if no degree
- Previous experience working with Commercial Loans is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer skills with word processing, spreadsheets, and banking software programs
- English skills sufficient to effectively communicate with internal and externa customers
- Basic math skills to calculate interest and balance accounts; add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; use of whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Pass a background check and credit check
