Job Title: 1st Shift Machine Technician, weekly pay & no weekends!
Pay Rate: $18.71/hr.
Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday. Must be flexible in working overtime as needed
Length: Temp to hire
Location: Neenah
Requirements:
- Prior machine operation experience is strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Must be detail oriented
- Accurately calculate figures and amounts such as box/carton/skid quantities, and stock measurements
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
- Abide by all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stand for entire shift
- Be able to bend, twist, rotate and lift up to 50lbs on a frequent basis
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing customer orders and specifications
- Setting up and running the machine
- Making necessary adjustments to machine
- Installing the attachments for the product such as knives and extra unit punches
- Packaging product
- Verifying packaging and labeling details are correct before shipment
- Performing preventative maintenance on the machine
