• 1st shift 6:00am to 2:30pm - $21 an hour
• 2nd shift 2:00pm to 10:30pm - $22.50 an hour
• Forklift experience is required

Forklift Operator / Warehouse Logistics Specialist

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Keep Things Moving: Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, ship, and receive warehouse inventory.

• Safety First: Ensure all loads are properly secured to the machine before transport to maintain a safe working environment for everyone.

• Stay Connected: Use modern scanning technology to accurately pick products, update inventory in real-time, and keep our data sharp.

• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with line workers and supervisors to coordinate the exact location of goods and keep production seamless.

What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications)

• The Experience: 1–2 years of previous forklift operation experience (valid certification required).

• The Drive: A stellar work history that showcases your strong work ethic, rock-solid attendance, and a positive, "can-do" attitude.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as needed to help the team cross the finish line (shift end times can vary based on daily production goals).

• Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to ensure safety and teamwork.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
