Banking Customer Service Rep opening with one of our clients in Wisconsin Rapids!
We are looking for a customer service oriented individual to provide a welcoming experience for banking clients. Will be responsible for: - Assisting customers with day-to-day banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers and cashing checks
- Providing high level of customer service by answering questions about accounts, banking products and services
- Referring customer to appropriate banking product or specialist as needed
- Balancing cash drawer daily
- Taking appropriate action in the case of suspicious activity or potential fraud
- Complete required documentation and reports
- Answering the telephone
Duties may grow based on performance!
Will work between the hours of 8:15am-4:45pm, Monday-Friday. Starting pay is $17.00/hour.

Requirements:
|
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service and cash handling experience highly preferred
- Accurate data entry and typing skill
- Excellent communication skill
- Comfort working on computers and learning new programs
- Proven reliability
- Familiarity with general office equipment such as photocopier, fax machine, and multi-line telephone
- Ability to stand for long periods
A criminal background check and credit check will be conducted.
