Job Title:  Packaging Operator 3:00pm-3:30am

Pay Rate: $20.50/hr.

Hours: Monday thru Friday, 3:00pm-3:30am with possible overtime on Saturdays 

Length: Temp to Hire

Location: Fond du Lac

Requirements: 

• Ability to lift 30lbs
• Previous experience in production or manufacturing environment, preferably in palletizing or material handling roles but not required
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Basic math skills
• Must be able to work in extreme hot temperatures    

Responsibilities:

• Read production schedule to determine how many cases and labels will be needed
• Set up and start production line at required time
• Make sure correct date codes are properly located onto the product
• Replenish materials and monitors scrap/rejects
• Daily paperwork.
• Inspect product to make sure they are not damaged or have any defects before being shipped out
• Stack and palletize boxes onto pallets
• Operate palletizing equipment, such as palletizers, robotic arms, hand pallet jacks, and forklifts
• Load/unload pallets onto trucks or storage rack, using manual or powered equip
• Make sure changeovers are done accurately and on time
• Identify and trouble shoot basic machinery problems and report to the maintenance team
