- 1st shift 6:00am to 2:30pm - $21 an hour
- 2nd shift 2:00pm to 10:30pm - $22.50 an hour
- Forklift experience is required
We are currently looking for a forklift operator who will be responsible for moving goods around warehouse at our client company.
Responsibilities are: - Use a forklift to load, unload, ship, and receive warehouse items.
- Secure loads to the machine before transport to ensure safety.
- Utilize scanning technology to ensure correct products are picked, and inventory is kept updated.
- Communicate to line workers and supervisors on details of location of goods.

Requirements:

|
Qualifications and Requirements: - 1-2 years of previous forklift operating experience - certification will be required
- NO SMOKING ANYWHERE -
- Excellent work history with very good work ethic (good attendance, can-do attitude, ability to help out)
- Willingness to work overtime and know that end of shift does vary
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
- Be a team player and work well with others
- High School Diploma is required
WORK ENVIRONMENTThe Vibe: Fast-paced, team-oriented, and occasionally loud. The Gear: You'll be required "PPE" (Personal Protective Equipment) like earplugs, steel-toed boots, hairnets and bump caps.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSPhysical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs (approx. 23 kg). Attention to Detail: You’ll need to spot small defects while the line is moving quickly. Reliability: Production depends on everyone being at their station on time. Safety First: Comfortable working around fast-moving machinery and following strict safety protocols.
