Job Title: Bilingual Teller
Pay Rate: $17.95/hour
Hours: Full time: 40 hours per week between the hours of 8am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday and every 3rd Saturday 9am-12pm
Length: Temporary to hire
Location: Green Bay, WI (on-site)
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English, written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous Teller or cash handling experience is a plus
- Positive and upbeat personality with a true care for others
- Accurate and detailed
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily financial transactions for members such as withdrawals, deposits, collecting payments, etc.
- Answer member questions and assist with whatever they need
- Educate members on the products and services offered to best meet their needs
- Build member relationships
- Resolve any member issues as they arise
