Job Title:  1st Shift CNC Operator Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr. to $26.00/hr. based on experience 

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Length: Temp to Hire

Location: Fond du Lac

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CNC machine experience preferred but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges preferred
• High attention to detail 
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operator CNC machines according to production specifications and work instructions
• Load raw materials and monitor machine
• Make adjustments to the machine along with tooling changes as needed 
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools
• Read blueprints
• Troubleshoot machine 
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic machine upkeep
