Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Hours: Full Time, 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
Length: Temporary to Hire
Location: Appleton (on-site)
Requirements:
- 1+ year of Customer service experience in an office setting
- Word and Excel knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail
- Work well independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, product information, and repairs
- Coordinate the product Test and Evaluation program by sending products to law enforcement agencies and following up on evaluation status
- Manage, set up and maintain customer accounts, track annual contracts, and manage renewals
- Handle customer product repairs, communicate with customers and coordinate product returns
- Enter customer orders into the system
- Maintain an organized filing system for customer orders and other documents
- Monitor and order office supplies
