Your Impact (Key Responsibilities):

As a Production Specialist, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring high-quality products are blended, packaged, and shipped safely. Your daily routine will include:

• Hands-On Production: Assist with blending, mixing, packaging, and processing raw materials accurately according to standard operating procedures.

• Equipment & Facility Care: Prepare, sanitize, and maintain production equipment and work areas to keep our facility running smoothly and safely.

• Tech-Driven Tracking: Use computers and scanners for easy data entry, inventory tracking, and production reporting.

• Quality & Safety Assurance: Perform routine quality checks, sampling, and inspections. Read and follow safety documentation (like SDS) and wear proper PPE to keep yourself and your teammates safe.

• Team Communication: Collaborate closely with your team and alert supervisors promptly of any equipment or safety concerns to keep production moving.
