• $21ph+ (based on experience) 
• 1st shift, M-F, 6am - 3:30pm 
• Located in St. Nazianz 

• Set up and operate industrial cutting equipment to process materials according to production specifications.
• Measure, position, and secure materials to ensure accurate cuts and consistent quality.
• Adjust machine settings based on material type, size, and production requirements.
• Monitor equipment throughout the cutting process to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts to verify dimensions and quality standards are met.
• Identify and report material defects or equipment concerns.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and blade changes as needed.
• Safely move raw materials and finished products throughout the production area.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Accurately complete production documentation and communicate any issues to supervisors.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals and maintain

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, fabrication, or production experience is preferred.
• Experience operating industrial cutting equipment, saws, or similar machinery is a plus.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements accurately.
• Blueprint reading experience is helpful but not required.
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to company requirements.
• Comfortable working around industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to safely wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
