Job Summary: The Material Handler Lead is responsible for coordinating daily material handling activities to support production operations. This role provides leadership to the material handling team, ensures inventory accuracy, and oversees the efficient movement, storage, and staging of materials throughout the facility.

• Lead and support Material Handlers in daily operations.
• Train and mentor team members on material handling and inventory procedures.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, staging, and delivery of materials.
• Prioritize material needs to support production schedules.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions and material tracking within the ERP system.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Verify proper material identification and traceability requirements.
• Partner with Production, Planning, and Purchasing to ensure material availability.
• Promote safe work practices and maintain organized work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of material handling, warehouse, or inventory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous leadership or team coordination experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control and material flow processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and warehouse technology (scanners, computers).
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
