Job Title:  Tax Professional

Pay Rate: $70K/year

Hours: Full time with some flexibility, approximately 40 hours per week. Core hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.  

*Will work additional hours during the tax season

Length: Direct Hire

Location: Appleton, WI (on-site)

Requirements: 

• Must have 3+ years of tax preparation experience 
• Farm or agricultural tax experience is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a plus
• Basic Word and Excel knowledge, usage of a computer tax package, QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
• Outgoing, organized, driven and self motivated
• Must have a valid drivers license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation 

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare income taxes and financial reports
• Calculate depreciation expenses
• Perform tax research
• Analyze financial statements
• Calculate payroll taxes
• Help clients with QuickBooks or other accounting records
