Job Title: Restoration Tech *PAY INCENTIVES & BONUSES

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr.

Hours:  Monday-Friday, typically scheduled 7:15am-4:00pm - there could be times they’d be done by 7:00pm

Length: Temp to Hire

Location: Neenah

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred.
• Self-motivated and a team player!
• Ability to work flexible hours, including beyond an eight-hour day when needed to complete jobs.
• Capable of lifting 50lbs regularly and up to 100lbs with assistance.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Cleaning residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, mold, or biohazard damage.
• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of affected areas using industrial cleaning tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Apply appropriate cleaning agents to walls, floors, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Remove debris, dust, and residue left behind from reconstruction or demolition work.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles.
• Assist restoration technicians with removing and disposing of damaged materials such as carpet, drywall, and insulation when needed.
