• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Comfortable in working within a fast paced environment 
• Demonstrates long-term commitment in previous employment 
• Bend, twist, rotate, and lift up to 20-25 lbs. consistently, and 50lbs. on a frequent basis along with standing for eight-plus hours at a time 
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Multi-task and possess good problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and excellent counting skills 
• Flexible in working overtime; may be asked to come in early or stay later and work a 12-hour shift

• Removing product from machine to pack and/or palletize material 
• Loading raw materials to load onto the machine 
• Completing quality checks of product 
• Wrapping and/or banding product by machine or hand 
• Assembling pallets to appropriate sizes for shipping
• Operating a tow motor to move palletized product 
• General housekeeping of work area
