Job Title: Temp to Hire Guillotine & Saddle Stitch Operator on 1st shift Pay Rate: $22-$23/hr. Hours: 6:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday Length: Temp to Hire Location: Appleton
Requirements: - Prior Team Lead experience
- Previous experience with bindery equipment, manufacturing, or other mechanical/production environments.
- Able to multitask, manage time well, and communicate effectively.
- Perform basic math and accurately use measuring tools such as rulers.
- Stand for full duration of shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities: - Set up and operate bindery equipment, including trimmers, folding machines, saddle stitchers, perfect binders, and guillotine cutters.
- Conduct quality control checks, inspecting finished products for accuracy, proper binding, and overall appearance.
- Read and interpret job orders per customer specifications.
- Operate a pallet jack, hand truck, and/or forklift to move product to appropriate areas.
- Monitor machines for defects or malfunctions and adjust for repairs.
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
