• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Attention to detail and fluent with alphanumeric data
• Good attendance along with a positive attitude and a team player
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. on a frequent basis and 50 lbs. as needed 
• Prior experience operating an automatic screen-printing press, DTG machine, or embroidery machine is preferred.

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot a screen print press to decorate garments
• Quality check print and graphic placement to make sure it looks good, and not missing ink 
• Put product through the dryer
• Fold, bundle and bag garments together in stacks
• Package into boxes and tape closed
• Fill out a tag and apply to the box
