We are seeking a hands-on Weekend Shift Lead to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations in a CNC manufacturing environment. This is a working lead role ideal for an experienced CNC machinist who enjoys troubleshooting, mentoring operators, and keeping production running smoothly during off shifts.
Responsibilities - Operate CNC machines and automated equipment to meet production and quality goals
- Serve as the technical lead for weekend shift operations
- Troubleshoot CNC machines, Fanuc controls, and automation equipment to minimize downtime
- Perform setups, verify programs, and make approved machine adjustments
- Support and train machine operators as needed
- Monitor production and quality performance and communicate issues to leadership
- Complete production and downtime documentation
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:
|
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience
- Experience troubleshooting automated or robotic manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
- Previous lead or team leadership experience is preferred
