Assembly Lead - On-Site in Plover, WI - $18-19/hour - Temp to Hire

Shift: 1st shift, 6am-2pm Monday-Friday. Overtime possible, working 6am-4pm during the week and/or 6am-2pm Saturdays.
Pay: $18-19/hour (time and a half for overtime hours worked!)
Job Duties: - Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions
- Lead and train all employees on assembly tasks, and coach assemblers
- Provide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents
- Maintain records, compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing
- Responsible for maintaining department files - may assist with production planning and special projects
- Operate pallet jack to move pallets, shrink wrap machine, hole punch, etc.
- Assemble and label material & product
- Maintain certification on and operate mobile equipment as needed
- Ensure safety procedures are being followed

Requirements:
|
- Able to lift 40-50lbs regularly
- Proven leadership skill
- Able to stand for the duration of shift
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience
- Basic math skill
- Basic computer skill
- Excellent communication skill
- Ability to walk, stoop, kneel and crouch
- Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Effectively work in a fast-paced environment
