Warehouse Technician - $21ph
- 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm
- Manitowoc, WI
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outbound shipments, transporting products throughout the facility, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and is comfortable operating material handling equipment.
Primary Responsibilities - Pick, verify, and prepare products for customer shipments.
- Receive incoming materials and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and manual material handling techniques.
- Transport finished goods from production areas to warehouse storage locations.
- Scan and track inventory to ensure accurate receiving and shipment records.
- Assist with organizing inventory and maintaining clear, safe warehouse aisles.
- Support movement of materials between facilities and departments as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
- Work closely with production and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Requirements:
|
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification if not already certified.
- Comfortable learning inventory and warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling shipments and inventory.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision.
Physical Requirements - Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution setting.
