Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to lead daily branch operations while supervising and supporting frontline staff. This role combines leadership, customer service, sales support, and operational oversight to ensure exceptional customer experience and efficient branch performance.
Key Responsibilities - Lead, coach, and support frontline employees, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Assist customers with transactions, account services, and product recommendations
- Promote bank products and services based on customer needs
- Support daily branch operations, including cash handling, audits, compliance, and security procedures
- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
|
- Banking, retail banking, or financial services experience preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Knowledge of banking products and services preferred
