Job Title: Inside Sales Associate

Pay Rate: $20/hour -$22/hour base + commission

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am-5pm, Monday through Friday

Length: Temporary to hire

Location: Green Bay, WI (on-site)

Requirements: 

• Excellent customer service/sales skills
• Comfortable working on the phone all day
• Goal orientated and driven to close the sale
• Strong negotiation, critical thinking skill and decision-making skills
• Work within Excel spreadsheets and comfortable learning new software
• 30+ words per minute typing speed

Responsibilities: 

• Call prospective customers to build your book of business
• Generate business leads
• Manage existing shipper relationships
• Rate negotiation
• Track booked freight 
• Keep up to date on current market conditions
