Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Industrial Painter / Sandblaster to support a variety of agricultural and commercial manufacturing projects. This role is responsible for preparing, blasting, and painting parts and equipment while ensuring high-quality finishes and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting through sanding, cleaning, masking, and blasting processes
• Operate industrial painting equipment using primers, DTM paints, and color-matching techniques
• Apply coatings to parts and equipment to meet quality and appearance standards
• Assist with paint system start-up, shut-down, and routine maintenance procedures
• Move, stage, and organize materials using forklifts, skid steers, or manual handling methods
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Support general shop duties and assist team members as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous industrial painting, blasting, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Forklift and/or skid steer experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
