Job Title: Project Coordinator
Pay Rate: $20/hour-$29/hour, based on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, flexibility to work between 7am-5pm
Length: Temporary 2-3+ months, potentially Temporary to Hire for the right candidate
Location: Kaukauna, WI (on-site)
Responsibilities:
- Handle work schedules for service technicians along with on-call schedules
- Keep informed of work progress, customer relations, field personnel relations, time off, etc.
- New customer set up, project booking, and job set up process and work with subcontracts
- Complete required paperwork for each project, obtain equipment/parts costs and availability
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating the manpower and subcontractors for jobs and equipment deliveries
- Complete billing for all projects and adjust financial reports as needed, job close-out procedures
- Obtain paperwork associated with acquiring permits, registrations, etc.
Requirements:
- Project Coordinator or Administrative Assistant experience
- Construction or Mechanical contracting environment knowledge is a plus
- Outgoing personality, build rapport across diverse teams
- Intermediate Excel including formulas, tracking and navigation, tech savvy overall with good typing skills
- Problem solve, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
