The Ultimate Liaison: Serve as the trusted face and voice of the company. You’re the bridge between our VIP clients, visitors, and the leadership team, handling every interaction with total confidence. Logistics Legend: Take the "stress" out of travel. You’ll hunt down the best flights, top-tier hotels, and smooth transport for the team, staying one step ahead of any itinerary changes. Event Extraordinaire: From high-stakes launch events to "all-hands" celebrations and facility tours, you are the creative force making sure every company gathering is a hit. Marketing & Digital Wingmate: Flex your creative muscles by helping the marketing team keep the website fresh, drafting sharp communications, and boosting our social media presence. Operational Pilot: You’ll keep the headquarters humming—managing service vendors and keeping our space organized and impressive for every guest who walks through the door. Strategic Support: You aren't just filing papers; you’re generating high-level reports, managing confidential memos, and helping Sales & Marketing track down leads to keep the business growing.

Requirements: 
|
|
EDUCATION: Associate degree in executive or office administration, marketing, communications, or human resources, or a related field required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE: • At least 5 years of prior experience as an executive assistant, office manager, marketing coordinator, project leader, or similar role. • Experience working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
