Make subjective decisions such as weld quality or the usefulness of a part or supply, must have the ability to wire weld .035 and .054 wire, read various measuring devices along with abiliity to understand blue prints and diagrams. Must be able to remember and follow simple procedures such as scrap tickets, reject tags and MI changes.
