Job Description :
A full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is needed on a temp-to-hire basis. Candidates must have a minimum two year college degree with a relevant major or one to three years related experience as well as computer proficiency with MS Office Suite. Primary duties include answering all incoming phone calls and directing the accurately, greeting all guest, distributing mail, verify and enter all daily labor sheets, assist various management with misc clerical duties, enter all purchase orders, filing, publish bi-monthly newsletter and act as backup to Shipping and Customer Service among other duties.
